One Up Dropship Fulfillment Privacy Policy

One Up Innovations, Inc. ("One Up," "we," "us," or "our") provides the One Up Dropship Fulfillment application (the "App") to approved merchants that use One Up Innovations for dropship order fulfillment.

This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when installed on a merchant's Shopify store.

Information We Collect

Merchant and Store Information

When a merchant installs or uses the App, we may collect information necessary to establish and maintain the integration, including:

  • Shopify store domain and store identifiers

  • App installation and authentication information

  • Fulfillment service and location information

  • Marketplace connection identifiers

  • ERP customer and order mapping information

  • Operational status, timestamps, and application logs

Order and Customer Information

When necessary to fulfill orders assigned to One Up Innovations, the App may process information obtained through Shopify APIs, including:

  • Customer name

  • Customer email address

  • Shipping name and shipping address

  • Shopify order and fulfillment order identifiers

  • Product SKU and line-item information

  • Quantities ordered and fulfilled

  • Shipment carrier and tracking information

  • Fulfillment and shipment status

We process only information needed to perform the merchant's requested dropship and fulfillment services.

How We Use Information

We use information processed by the App to:

  • Receive and process fulfillment orders assigned to One Up Innovations

  • Create and manage corresponding orders in One Up's fulfillment and ERP systems

  • Manufacture, prepare, package, and ship ordered products

  • Provide shipment carrier and tracking information back to Shopify

  • Reconcile fulfillment activity and prevent duplicate processing

  • Troubleshoot errors and provide merchant support

  • Maintain security, auditability, and reliability of the integration

  • Respond to legal, regulatory, and privacy-related obligations

We do not use customer personal information obtained through the App for advertising, behavioral profiling, or unrelated marketing purposes.

How We Share Information

We may disclose information only as necessary to provide the App and fulfillment services, including to:

  • Authorized One Up Innovations personnel and systems

  • Shipping and transportation providers when required to deliver an order

  • Infrastructure, hosting, security, and technology service providers that support operation of the App

  • Shopify as necessary to operate the integration

  • Government authorities or other parties when required by applicable law

We do not sell personal information obtained through the App.

Our Role

For customer information provided by a merchant through Shopify and processed for order fulfillment, One Up generally processes that information on behalf of the merchant and for the purpose of providing the contracted fulfillment service.

Merchants remain responsible for their own privacy notices, customer relationships, and legal obligations concerning information they provide through Shopify.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide fulfillment services, maintain required transaction and business records, resolve disputes, meet contractual obligations, and comply with applicable accounting, tax, shipping, legal, and regulatory requirements.

Information that is no longer required for these purposes is deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with our retention practices.

App authentication and connection information may be removed following termination or uninstall of the App, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.

Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information handled by the App.

These safeguards include restricted access to production systems, network security controls, authentication controls, and encrypted HTTPS/TLS communications for data transmitted over public networks.

No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

International Processing

One Up Innovations is located in the United States. Information processed through the App may therefore be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States.

Merchants using the App outside the United States are responsible for ensuring that their use of the App and transfer of information to One Up complies with applicable data protection requirements.

Privacy Rights and Requests

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights concerning their personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing.

Shopify may also send privacy requests to the App through Shopify's mandatory compliance mechanisms. We process applicable requests in accordance with our obligations to Shopify, our merchants, and applicable law.

Customers who wish to exercise privacy rights relating to information provided by a Shopify merchant should generally contact the merchant first. Merchants may contact One Up for assistance with fulfilling applicable requests.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the App, our services, legal requirements, or our data practices.

When we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this policy.
